Ok... Yesterday was my birthday. Yeah! Am getting old.

It was great... Had a wonderful sunday service: great ministration by The Glorious Choir, My pastor charge us with powerful prayer session and then the April babie were celebrated. I cut cake, its kinda like a custome and my younger sister bakes (She's a pro).

Ok, dashed out immediately to go train some leaders at Unical that took the rest of the day because of meetings that followed up.

In a nut shell, i had a wonderful birthday, did what i enjoyed doing: talking with friends and teaching, was around the people i love the most.

I thank Gods for his blessing upon my life and grace. Happy birthday to me

Just as the human mind wonder here and there endlessly, I wondered a little about the universe.

The Universe and everything in it is as a result of the imagination of one great God (Jehovah Himself), every star, galaxy, planet, gas, life, cell, every single matter to the smallest was all His idea. Hmmn. What a magnificent kind of mind He has. So much He made, detailed, timed, beautify. What knowledge He had, He made His UNIVERSE.

So my thoughts wondered off again... He created us like Him.WOW.

Everyone has a UNIVERSE!!! (My eyes open with so much excitement)

The SIZE of your universe is determine by how MUCH you know, it GROWS with how much your mind is open to LEARN more, it is BEAUTIFIED with WHAT you know, and of VALUE by how what you know affect the LARGER UNIVERSE.(You may not understand this paragraph once, read it again)

Some people universe are as small as a golf ball and others as big as the LARGER UNIVERSE itself... Some people universe are made of 3-4 elements while others are millions and are still growing. I can imagine most teen universe: Sex, boys/girls, party, clothe, phones...

Take a moment and ask yourself, how does my universe look like(size, content)? is it accommodating? What's its worth?... Learn to know and know to learn. "He created us without limits". God bless you

Remembered a story that made me laugh.
There was a time when I always got home and met my siblings using my laptop to either play game or watch movie. I would complain but same occurrence so I decided to password the laptop. I got home that day and they were upset I did it. They pleaded that I should remove the password so they could have access but I refused. Same thing happen the second day, I felt bad and removed the password before I slept that night. When I got home the third my laptop wasn’t tempered with, was surprised. Same thing happened throughout that week. During the weekend we were just chilling when they said sarcastically that I refused to remove the password from my laptop. I laughed so hard cause I how terrible the mind could enslave someone.
It made me remember a story I read about a scientist who tried an experiment on and insect. He placed the insect in a bottle and covered the top of it. Every time the insect gets to the top of the bottle he meets the cover which is a barrier and it falls back to the bottom of the bottle. This insect tries continually several times. After a while, the scientist came and removed the cover of the bottle. The insect crept up to the top of the bottle again and when he got there he fell back to the bottom again. It was accustom to the barrier at the top of the bottle.
This is how many people have being enslaved mentally. They have all the resources to be great around them but they are so blind with the challenges they are facing that they aren’t seeing through it. Learn to see opportunity and constructively make solutions out of them, then you will never be limited

Describe your mum in one statement

Describe
your mum in one sentence:

On my way returning from my sister's wedding, I heard on the radio that you should describe your mum in one sentence. I turn to my friend in the bus with me and said "my mum does not take nonsense" (hope you get what I mean) and we laugh together.
For a while I ponder on those 1st word that pop into my head as a description for her and of a through she doesn't.

Growing up, her rules are not to be broken, and if you did, don't be caught (you wouldn't like the after effect). She canes you with a reason and until you almost unconsciously forsake that reason (guess your mum did same), but she never insulted us through the process. She makes sure you know why you are caned. SHE DOESN'T TAKE NONSENSE.

Also, I couldn't count the number of times I fell sick growing up. Both the severe and minor once, various hours, both during the day and late at night and she caters for me. I can remember not just once or 20 different times we were on the road late at night because of my health, she doesn't care about the time, all that matters is my well being. SHE DOESN'T TAKE NONSENSE.

She also makes sure when ever daddy was around that the best o dishes were prepared or when she see me cry, she console me and make sure those behind it gets a piece of her mind (that's if am not the one wrong o) or times when she stays up all night praying for me (my mum's prayer kept me going). SHE DOESN'T TAKE NONSENSE.

So I wanna ask you, describe you mum in one sentence???

The Father's Love - Poem

Oh how much my father loves me ;he was first alone and thought of someone who he could call his own
some one just like him
higher above the angels
who has dominion and power
who expresses unconditional love
who has the authority to create
who he'll fellowship with
and then he decided to create me.
i was made.

Oh how the angels celebrated as the father over his priceless creation
in us was his glory
in pair he created me

Oh how i remember sitting on my fathers lap in the cool of the evening
While he showed me all the plans he had for me
his thought for me were all good and no evil
that i may  dwell in good health
even as my soul prospers
he said the sun, moon and the stars were to obey my command
i love the way he made me name the animals
the dog
the lion
fishes, and even the birds
i remember how he laughed when i named the hipopotamus
but he respected my decision

We did everything together
i was he's child
i was God
but it was short lived
i fell, i failed, i lost it all
the glory, the relationship
for a long time he watched me suffer
i lost it all
so much i havn't learnt

Yet,God, in his unconditional love
went through the process of recreation again
he created one that was perfect, pure, just and righteous
just to reconcile sinful me

Now i stand in his presence blameless
I can called him daddy again
i am his glory
i am his pride
i stand tall shoulder high cause am the apple of his eyes
oh how much God loves me

My love

I picked up my golden pen to write you this letter.

First, I wanna thank you for how you celebrated my birthday, will be looking forward to the surprises for this year.

Today is lovers day and it would be the best day to re-emphasise how much my love is to that special one, you, yes you.

I love you so much, yes I do and always will. A love unconditional, a love so strong, so strong that it took a life to make the point and a life time to prove it. A love that knows no bound, stretches across the ends of the earth, a love so pure.

I wish to spend today with you. Give me a change and it will be your way. I will go with you were ever you want to go and do blissful things together. Memories would be created, every moment would count cause I will be right there all the way, an intimacy that reaches your soul.

My love, there's so much I wanna show you, the beauty of the world you will see through my eyes, the perfection I see in you... Go out tonight, the moon will be at its glory, just for you. A little something I package to make the day beautiful for you.

Its all about me

80% of Minds
-I am bored
-I got to take care of myself
-I don't give a f** wot haters think
-My time is valuable
-He hurt me/She hurt me
-I am me, don't try to change me
-Am irreplaceable
-I am the best among the rest

And so many that my brain hurt to think of.

We get excited when we see articles/broadcast/write-ups that talks about us or makes people talk about us or how you can do without those that disappointed you one time... We quickly accept this words and feel good about ourselves. No doubt, we got to look out for ourselves. Its nice.

5% of Minds
-Let every moment of your life count
-The choices you take, make or break you
-An Idle mind...
-There's a king on the inside
-There is no short cut to leadership development than your personal development

Now this one is just hard work and boring, they talk about others and things that does not make sense like leadership, inside, choices, mind, time, integrity, team work.

15% of minds
-Study to show yourself approve...
-Greater is He that is in me...
-I am more than a conqueror
-I am bless
-Thank you Lord for another day

Now these are just the churchy once, talking God and leta they will do bad... Don't judge.

Each of this group has a role to play in your life @equal measure. Until you learn to develop and feel good about yourself, make others feel good about themselves and most importantly tell someone about God, you are just another selfish sweetheart.

So many are fighting to be of RELEVANCE and they end up STUPID

We do things to fit-in only to be out of place, purpose and grace

You don't stand for anything of your own. You've become a reflection of the excess nonsense the social media has to offer and an epitome of confused school of thoughts and opinions of many bitter soul.

What you define as you, only brings sadness and conflict to your days. Anger floods your spirit.

What are you Core-Value? Where you not taught Morals?
+You speak with so much foul and vain words and you feel very comfortable corrupted by this alien language pattern
+You dress out of convetousness or with a motive of seduction all because you lack self esteem
+The gain of you flesh, your selfishness is all you desire

Shut your mouth if you don't know what to say than spread the worldly wisdom that seems so wise to you but really is foolishness

Each day is another day of giving nothing and accepting every rubbish.

Oh fool, where is your purpose, when will you desire wisdom and store up treasures that goes beyond the grasp of your finger and hunger.

I judge you.

I was sitting at the bookshop today waiting for the sails lady to get a book from there sister shop close by when my eyes dropped on a very aged lady.

She was sitting on a small stool with the coconut and two bunch of plantain which she was trying to sell. Judging from the way she looked, she should be in her early 80's or its just the troll of hardship making her aged so much. There was no one assisting her of any kind.

It made me start wondering, don't this woman has children, nieghbours, friends? I bet when she was younger she must have dreamt by this age she would be living a life catered by those around her. But what did she do about it, how much influence did she build on those around her.

Influence is everything. Influence is not how much you have but how much people you know, have affected positively enough to trust you and have selflessly supported. Stop being selfish, self-centred and living in the now. The seeds you sow now of love and kindness in your family, friends, nieghbour and strangers has a long way to determine so much in the future ahead.

One Beauiful morning drama

Daddy was about to leave the house when he noticed that the car was jammed locked and the key ddnt open it. And his car was blocking mum's car,it was raining heavily. The mechanic was called but he was too far to come early

I and dad started out with an adventure to open the car. We tried every means with the doors, from the boot, but nothing work. We then noticed that the window at the drivers sit was rolled down just a little inch. That sprang up hope in my dad.

He started looking for any possible long stick that would pass through that thinning hole.
Got so many stick which we tried,
some were too short
some broke
some were too big to go through the hole
But we kept on trying... U needed to see my dad in action, he was like Robin Hood (that guy will survive anywhere, even in the jungle).
He was carving, mending and manipulating the sticks ehn. An engineering indeed.

In a while, the whole house was outside bringing up ideas to open the car. It was kinda frustrating to me, but our strength complemented each others.
We mocked our self with some of the funny ideas that came up, mummy was positive that her idea would work though I and dad disapprove cause the rod she brought was just too short

After about two hours of battling, the car open... The funny thing is that mum's rod open the door. My younger sister brought another possibility of using the rod, my dad sprang into action with it and with combine effort on that, the door finally opened.

It was a funny dramatic morning experience but lots of lessons to be learnt.

1. No idea is foolish
2. Team work always produces greater and quicker result
3. When my family work together against you or anything, I pity that thing.

Have a gr8 day.

A friend (Charity Abeng) share this with me some time ago and i would love it to be my second blog

She noticed as a man took is time to wash his car is the morning. So focus and nt distracted. He cleaned inside-out, washed the tires and even checked the engines.

Much thoughts of how much time people invest every morning to clean their cars, service them and even fuel it for smooth running for the day.

This made her wonder if only christians could spend quality, undistracted time like that in purging themselves with the word of God every morning, cleansing their hearts and renewing their minds. Fuelling their inner-man before going out.

I bet they would conquer that day, have a smooth ride all true, facing every challenges positively, active body, soul and spirit and winning in every way.

Hi Friends

My first blog, really excited about it. I have always wanted to be a blogger but never went through to the end with the idea. Opened the account for about a year now but didn't do anything on it (Procrastination defined). Well, now is the best time to start.

I hope to share my thoughts, ideas and progress and probably someone would be motivated or inspired by them. Will be dropping some of my already saved write up now and hope more comes as i go.

Lesson from this would be when you have an idea, now is the best time to invest no matter how little to fulfilling it.

God bless you and do enjoy reading
